Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at rouhabjpr@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: H-28, RIICO Industrial Area, Mansarovar, Jaipur, 302020.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Rouhab Return & Exchange Policy

At Rouhab, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is hassle-free and enjoyable. Before making a purchase, we kindly request that you carefully review the following terms and conditions. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Please note our company policy does not allow refunds or returns on any sold products.

Eligibility for Exchanges, and Refunds

Products that are on sale, discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please refer to the size chart provided for on-sale products.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at info@rouhab.com within 48 hours or 2 days of receiving the order. Include images of the packaging, product, tags, and your order number. Once we confirm the issue, please return the product to us, and upon receipt, we will send you a replacement.

Exceptions to Returns

Made-to-order items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Sarees and Jewelry category items are not eligible for exchanges or return.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note our company policy does not allow refunds or returns on any sold products. However, exchanges for a different size are accepted, subject to certain conditions. The customer will be issued a gift card or store credits of the same value if the desired size is unavailable. Please follow these steps for exchanges:

Size Exchange Request

Within 48 hours or 2 working days of delivery, email us at rouhabjpr@gmail.com with your request for a size exchange. Include pictures and video proof of the product in the email.

Once our team acknowledges your request during the next working day, you may proceed with the exchange process.

Please note that we currently do not provide a reverse pickup facility. Therefore, you need to arrange the return shipment yourself.

Obtain an acknowledgement receipt from the courier personnel, noting the number of products being dispatched, their signature, and mobile number. Rouhab will not be responsible for any lost shipments.

The cost of return shipping is non-refundable and should be borne by the customer. We recommend using a traceable mail service.

Additional Exchange Guidelines

Only unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged products with intact labels and tags, in their original packaging, are eligible for exchange.

Include your name, address, contact number, email, and order ID on the parcel, along with the requested size.

Partial Order Exchange

You can exchange eligible products within 48 hours of delivery. However, please note that certain items are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.

Size/ Fitting Issue

If the product does not fit, please request a size exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item. Our customer service team will assist you, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer you Store Credits, Gift Cards, or Coupons to choose an alternative product.

Declined Exchange

Exchange/Return requests will not be accepted if the customer dislikes the material or colour of the dress. We encourage customers to thoroughly read the product description and view all available pictures before placing an order. Feel free to contact us for further product details if needed.

Due to the manual processes involved in manufacturing our products, there may be variations in colour, finish, and overall appearance. Colours displayed on our website depend on your monitor's accuracy, and slight variations should be expected.

Please note that there may be a 10-15% colour difference due to variations in screen resolution and camera lighting. Such differences do not qualify for an exchange or return.

While we strive to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee complete colour accuracy due to variations in computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices.

Exchanges/returns are not accepted for washed or worn products.

Purchases from the SALE section are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. The same applies to discounted items, products bought with coupons or gift vouchers.

International Shipping and Returns

We offer worldwide shipping at Rouhab. Please note the following details for international orders:

  • Additional shipping fees are charged per kg and the total shipping charges depend on the weight of the total order parcel which is calculated at the time of checkout.
  • Customs duties and taxes will be applied during delivery, based on the actual duties imposed by your country of delivery.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns, cancellations, or exchanges. For tracking, please contact us at rouhabjpr@gmail.com.
  • The estimated delivery time for international orders is 10-12 days.
  • International credit cards are accepted for payment.
  • In case of refund, we credit the amount to the customer's bank account within 5-7 working days.
Cancellation

Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us at 7272054054 or rouhabjpr@gmail.com to request a cancellation.

The customer agrees to accept Rouhab's decision regarding cancellations and will not dispute it.

Store Credits, Gift Cards, or Coupons will be issued via email for cancelled orders. These credits must be used in a single transaction within 60 days from the date of issuance.

Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

We strive to provide accurate and descriptive product listings for informed consumer choices. Before dispatching orders, we conduct quality checks to ensure your order's perfect condition.

Jewellery items cannot be exchanged after delivery, except in rare cases where the item is defective.

Detailed product descriptions are provided, including information on colour, fit, wash care, and other relevant details. Due to variations in display settings, colours, etc., we cannot accept exchange requests based on slight colour differences, fabric material, quality, etc.

Rouhab only entertains exchange requests for orders placed through our official website, www.rouhab.com.

Exchanges are currently not offered for orders from outside India.

An exchange processing fee of INR 150 per product will be charged. Please provide a screenshot of the payment along with your exchange request.

If you choose to send the exchange product directly to us, we will provide the shipping address. After dispatching the item(s), please share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD with us. Ensure that you use reputable courier agencies, as Rouhab will not be liable for any loss during transit for items shipped directly by the customer.

Once payment is made and video/image proof is shared, our customer support team will arrange for reverse pickup through trusted courier services.

After receiving the product in our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. Once approved, the requested (new) size will be dispatched within 7-10 working days.

Credit vouchers issued for exchanges are valid for 60 days.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations may occur at the discretion of Rouhab for various reasons, such as unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, incorrect product listings or pricing on the website, or payment-related or fraudulent practices issues identified by our analytics team. If a prepaid order is cancelled by Rouhab, a full refund will be issued to the customer's registered bank account, with notification sent to the customer's registered email address.

Any cancellations made after placing a prepaid order will be subject to a 2-3% charge to cover payment gateway fees.

For refunds on defective/damaged products, 3% and 2% of the order value will be deducted as gateway charges for prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders, respectively.
